The hotel room in Havana Tower was clean, no complaints. We were very pleased to learn that the bed pillows were not filled with duck feathers, because of allergies. We did not interact with the cleaning crew nor the staff besides greeting them “good day” when we seen them in the halls or along the way. Based off that interaction, they were pleasant. Great location. So much to do shops, arcade, food, bars perfect while traveling with older kids
