Great stay and great value! The check-in line was horrible. It took us exactly 58 minutes to check in. The link to check-in online did not work no matter what device I used Room was great, however the pillows were just too big for comfort. A mixed selection on the bed would be excellent!

Room was nice, restaurant was delicious, checking in & out process needs to be more streamlined. We had problems checking in and checking out which didn’t start and end our overnight stay well. The link in the email to check in and out didn’t work, the kiosks didn’t acknowledge my confirmation number in my email and the check out option in the TV wasn’t available either so I had to stand in a long line for both the check in and check out process. Wonderful Convient right on the boardwalk, lots to do inside the hotel it’s basically a full mall inside food court and slots

Mejora continua Sinceramente no me gustó las gradas para bajar del parqueo, estaban horribles, sucias y apestaban, creo que como sugerencia se deveria mejorar el canal de información a clientes y que la información sea clara, Tomar en cuenta que los usuarios no conocen las instalaciones y pues toca andar buscando, y preguntando donde, como, etc. Las vistas, el ambiente ppr la noche, la limpieza.
