Good Given room with 2 queen beds instead of 1 king, which was reserved. Didn't want to go through hassle of up and down with luggage for change. Charged 15 dollars for parking, when told parking free for guests.

My GoTo, but 1st negative Tropicana review This past stay wasn't as nice as previous stays. Had to change rooms twice for non working television. They remodeled the West Tower. (Now the Solana Tower) and they're in the process of upgrading their elevators in Solana, so they were short 2 elevators . But the long lines and wait time was excruciating. Easy access to beach. .Lots of choices for food/dining. The Quarter is amazing. Great shopping. IMAX Movie Theater.. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Very Good Ice and soda machines always seem to be out of order.I had to go to another floor just to get ice which was annoying. Also lost my parking slip for discount parking and woman did nothing to help.I contacted hotel after I got home with no response. Been there many times. Great deal on room because I booked last minute. Room clean and decent view.
