Very Good House keeping in the Havana tower not so great room was not clean to my liking went in room 1st thing i see is paper on the floor,want to take shower & change clothes because of long drive & then go have dinner but couldn't because there were no towels,washcloths,hand towels, or floor mat.sheets smelled funny so i called house keeping waited, no 2 ever came so we just got food from 1 of the Quarter restaurant to go. Called again was told they'd be up in 1/2hours still.no1we ended up falling asleep because it was ta... read more

Definitely would stay again. Had everything you needed inside hotel It's huge so lots of walking and trying to find our way around. Liked that it was on the boardwalk. Liked all the shops and restaurants inside.
