Wonderful I liked it! The hotel staff and service were very kind, and the room was very clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the window — the glass was dirty. I requested a high floor, but unfortunately I was given a low floor. Other than that, everything was good, and I had a very pleasant stay. Thank you

Relaxing and fun Can't think of anything was very satisfied Didn't order any food from hotel but there was plenty of restaurants to choose from and PFChang was great will be dining there whenever I visit the resort

I would book again, price was good and the room was clean but I would have rather stayed at the actual Tropicana hotel When I was booking a room at the Tropicana and it said the Chelsea tower I didn’t realize I was actually staying at the old Chelsea hotel. I was a little bit of a hike and a maze getting to and from my room Clean, and there was a lot of things to do
