Pleasant Rooms in Chelsea’s building are old but quiet . The stuff at the front desk were rude. The resort is nice ! The location was good and the room was quiet.

Good Room on opposite side of casino Caesar tower Price was good for value

Pleasant Rooms old looking & out dated. More like a motel, not a resort. Some of the lamps in the room didn't work. When you switched the thermostat to cool you got no hot water. Broken Curtains, dirty windows and toilet handle keep coming loose, but was able to fix it. On top of that, it was like a 5 to 7 minute walk just to get to my room. Location was ok and casino was nice. Room looked clean.
