Exceptional The first day my tv did not work, I had to wait an hour before someone came to fix it. The floor had long pieces of hair on the bedroom floor and bathroom. On the bedroom floor, pieces of chips and pretzels by the beds. In the bathroom hair, all on the floor. The bathroom door handle was broken. We did not lock the door because we didn't want to get stuck in the bathroom, and the air conditioner was really cold.

Good I had breakfast on the boardwalk 2 mornings and the food was good and the service was excellent.

I will still consider them again, but only if the deals are better than all the other Casino/Hotels There was not enough sound proofing, our room was right off the elevators and thats all we heard all night long. The elevator running up and down at all hours of the day. The elevator doors opening/closing every time it stooped on our floor. This was definitely not the quality we expect from Tropicana.
