Crowd was a bit younger than expected - under 30 and rowdy. However the place was nicely updated and kept clean.

Everything at Tropicana was nice but I didn’t like the fact you had to request your room be cleaned each day and request clean towels every day. It’s an older hotel but very clean and we did have a nice stay.

Need to fix your elevators long wait to go to your room also checking out we took the steps to go to parking garage we got up to our floor to go out to car and the door closed and wouldn’t open from inside so we had to walk up the ramp worst day ever

The elevator on the Sona side was horrible .I was in room 3702 and we had to wait sometimes more than 15 minutes. Most times we took the service elevator which I was not happy with. I spend good money and I expected better .

Good hotel, little dated. But had fun for 1 night trip, close to beach and lots of dining options.
