A short, but enjoyable stay. Navigating through Tropicana can be very confusing, but I guess I will get the hang of it the more I come here. This my second time at Tropicana. This time I stayed in the South Tower, and I loved it. It's closer to registration and to the Marketplace. Our room was great: spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. I really enjoyed myself.
Business response:
Chmere, thrilled you loved the South Tower room! We'll keep improving navigation. Thanks for choosing us again!
Great time The hotel it self was beautiful. Me and my family had a great time staying for 5 days . Only thing that messed up the trip was the elevators not working on the salona side . The one elevator was packed causing us to wait an hour to check out . I loved loved loved my room . Very clean and me and my family enjoyed our lil summer beach vacation.
Business response:
Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay with us. We apologize for the inconvenience with the elevators and appreciate your understanding.

Cómodo pero con piscina solo hasta las 6 No me gustó el horario de la piscina. Normalmente en verano las personas va a un hotel a bañarse en la piscina, y todos los días la cerraban a las seis de la tarde.
Business response:
Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand your concern about the pool hours and will take this into consideration for future improvements.
