Great I would suggest giving guest a map when they check the in so that guest can know how to get around and not have to try and figure out where the pools and some restaurants are because the hotel is huge also parking was at the hotel the flat rate was great but the lot smelled like urine!! So please have more crew members to clean the parking garage This Hotel was great so many restaurants access to the beach casino rooms where great!!!

Had a lot of fun . The shower pressure of the shower was not really good. Clean and easy access to boardwalk and beach!

Good No AC walking through the hotel besides the casino and restaurant area. More so where the rooms and elevators are located. I also didn’t like that some elevators were not operating correctly. All the restaurants, nightlife, location and casino

Lost in the Tropicana Check-in was not easy if you can't do it At the self check in machines. And then trying to locate the hotel front desk, or what they called front desk, got very confusing, had to ask three different people. We were in the havana tower, trying to find the main hotel desk and then checking in took over forty minutes wait with only five people in front of us.It was 11pm when we arrived and got to room at 11:50 pm. Me hicieron esperar una hora pero valió la pena ya que hizo ron una actualización en mi I didn't like that they gave me a room that wasn't ready when I picked up my key I made my registration I liked the room they gave me after giving me a room that was not ready and I really liked Solana Tower

I enjoyed the stay overall just wish the weather cooperated with us The way we booked for handicap and specific tower and the staff tried to tell us that they didn’t have any rooms available but that was not true there was ! The amnesties on property were cool

Truly enjoyed all the surprising decorated storefronts. My room seemed larger than usual. Will be back. Parking is very far from my room. But it did give me a chance to walk around and see all the gorgeous architecture. Needs more signs and directions to find the main lobby for check-in. Liked the market area, many stores and shops. Beautiful cobble stones and decorated old traditional European style shopping area. Very spacious. Check-in and checkout was a breeze.
