Not the best but it’s ok We get 2 rooms My room was totally dirty, towels broken, was almost impossible to take a shower the water was really bad. Close to the beach and casinos

Our time at Tropicana was good, with clean rooms, accommodating staff and prime location I didn’t like the extremely long waits for the elevators as I believe one was down however I waited over 20 minutes for one which is ridiculous! The staff was friendly and accommodating

Good The front desk doesn’t answer the phone and the service to bring up your luggage is non responsive. Waiting for assistance for an hour for someone to even take our luggage.
