Decent wouldn’t do it again We were never offered new towels after staying for 3 days or to have our room freshened up.

Very Good I didn't like standing in line for an hr or more. Then being told I had to wait 30 to 45 minutes longer for the room to get ready. Upon leaving I asked to get a hour late check out the front desk told me I had to pay an additional $20 dollars. If thats the case they should have deducted money from my bill for the 30 minute wait at check in. I enjoyed the rms. The desk clerk was very nice, and tried to accommodate me as much as she could. Her name is Umma.

Good I did not like checking, in it took us an hour and a half to check in to check out took me another hour which I lost time on my vacation was very very upset due to elevators overcrowded waiting more than a half hour for an elevator. Very upset about this. another thing I had to carry all my luggage. There was no carts available to bring my stuff to the room and you need more workers in the area of checking by the Solano area. Good stay for overnight. There was no security at elevators for the rooms. Outside where room was located, there was a constant loud banging noise all night. Our room was close to the casino and restaurants.
