Very Good Everything was good but we were both handicapped as far as using canes and we were the farthest room away from an elevator other than that it was ok

Great hotel Long walk from carpark to downstairs lobby to check in as check in machines wouldn't take my UK passport. Maps weren't clear. Lovely inside very clean and smelt fresh. The room we booked wasn't available so we were upgraded once I pointed this out to the receptionist. Only paid for 1 days parking and discounted with voucher although we stayed 3 nights.

Havana tower stay Shower had 2 temperatures, ice cold and boiling hot. Not great when you've had a lot to drink and want to crash after a long night. Room was spacious and clean. Nice view. Stayed in Havana tower and was close to all the night life.

Pleasant We Couldn't get card for gambling everything was closed/could not stay there the additional 5 days we were there /had to leave and go back to hardrock Room sevice and beiing on beach /

Enjoyed our stay We stayed in the Chelsea tower and it was too far from everything Very clean. Lots of choices where to eat.

Exceptional It was such a long walk to get anywhere!! You literally had to walk 10-13 minutes from the Havana tower go all the way thru the casino then down a floor just to get to the boardwalk. After doing that 3 to 5 times a day I was exhausted lol. Still a great place to stay but not if you have any physical handicaps. So convenient!! So many restaurants and stores inside. It was located right on the boardwalk and Ocean front.
