Pleasant The smoke smell.. hallway elevator and especially the rooms even though it was non smoking room smelled like The bell service and valet was in point

Good The side we normally stay on was under construction , so they put us on the Chelsea side which needs a redo/update . Our rooms were super hot and were for a very long time. I liked that everything was all in one place

Great I wish they would just update Chelsea towers when you arrive it looks like it still stuck in the 70’s but the room was nice inside .
