    Increases time available to take care of patients in the office. Pros: It's so easy to use and communicate with patients/office staff even though I'm remote. Cons: My job is to use this software to communicate with patients. I depend on notifications to alert me when someone sends a message or leaves a voicemail and the notifications don't always come through.. I have BirdEye on my phone as well and I can be sitting right by my phone and computer and it's hit or miss whether I get the notification or not, and YES I double check the browser notifications are not paused. It works MOST of the time. Just not ALL the time. Overall: I think Birdeye is great! It's simple and straightforward to use and I enjoy using it. Today though, I started at 6am and I got about 50 voicemails that were from last week all at once, not sure if it's a Birdeye issue or not, but that's not happened to me since using the program and we missed opportunities to schedule new patients since we didn't get the voicemails.

    "Birdeye is an awesome tool for SB" What do you like best about Birdeye? I like being able to see the reviews and comments instantly—also, the ability to reach out to customers and get their feedback. The ability to track tickets to make sure our managers are taking care of our customers is a great tool as well. Birdeye helps us to retain customers and make sure we are keeping them happy. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I really like the birdeye platform . The only thing I dislike is when I see bad reviews. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Birdeye is an excellent tool for any company to use for reputation management and customer retention. I would definitely recommend it for any growing company that wants to keep customers happy. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Birdeye helps us with customer retention and satisfaction. We can measure how happy our customers are with all of the services we offer and also with our employees. It helps us determine how or what to improve on within our company.

    "Excellent results!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Ease of use to automatically generate reviews. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Really nothing. Once it's set up, everything just runs in the background with very little daily intervention. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Generating reviews on Google, Facebook and Healthgrades without having to remember to prompt patients to do it and then hoping they will follow through. As a result we have more Google reviews than any other specialist practice in town by far and it has really helped our image online and generated many new patients.

    "Great Platform That Drives Our Business" What do you like best about Birdeye? I love the feedback it gets for our company and the reporting feature that allows us to watch the progress! What do you dislike about Birdeye? I enjoy the entire program and the ease of use! I don't have a dislike! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are solving customer complaints and holding our employees and management staff to a higher standard. The benefit is being able to assign a ticket and get a dissatisfied customer flipped to a happy customer by reaching out and talking to them.

Some documentation on the website is old or has mistakes when initially setting up the FTP regarding headers. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Start earlier, then waiting for later.     "Always great help from Birdeye!" What do you like best about Birdeye? They roll all reviews up from Google and other platforms, and if I ever have an issue, it is resolved extremely fast! What do you dislike about Birdeye? Not much at all. Sometimes all reviews don't come through. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Definiteley use Birdeye!! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are solving staffing problems by the reviews and the trends that we see in certain places.

    "Great solution for review management and reputation marketing" What do you like best about Birdeye? As a reseller with Birdeye, I like the many integrations with various platforms that makes requesting new reviews easy. The setup is super simple and managing review requests and review marketing on social media accounts works great. The SMS features really help to generate a lot of new reviews quickly. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The expense of Birdeye is probably the biggest dislike, but it's a very robust platform and worth the extra money. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm helping my customers measure and improve the quality and quantity of their online reviews and overall reputation. As a reseller, I've enjoyed the benefit of recurring sales and providing a great service to my customers.

    Great Software Pros: I like how user friendly the platform is. It is very easy to navigate and learn as a new user. Cons: The only con I would say is that you have to sign a year long agreement. Although I agree that this is a long term solution, it's nice to have that trial period just in case. Overall: Overall it's been helping us obtain more reviews and prevent negative reviews before they hit the surface. I really like the direct feedback option because this gives us important consumer insights and a chance to make things right with unhappy clients.

The frequent disconnecting to our server, which is a quick fix but annoying What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? I have have better ROI with BirdEye than my SEO service. New patients have increase by 30% even after discontinuing my SEO service.

    Greatest Investment for our Company Pros: You don't have to be tech savvy to operate software. There's is a lot of training videos that help you though out and a lot of tips to make your job even easier. Their customer service is top notch! Cons: Make it easier to log in from different browser engines. Overall: We have seen such an phenomenal growth with our company. We have tripled our sales and are able to have our amazing clients leave amazing stories on their experience.

    "Birdeye is a great tool to track and respond to our customer's feedback." What do you like best about Birdeye? I like the ticketing feature. When we get feedback that isn't up to our standard, we can open a ticket and assign it to someone. We can leave comments on the ticket to update our progress on the issue and close it once it's resolved. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The direct feedback feature is excellent when the feedback is negative. It's not so great when the feedback is positive. It would be nice if there was a way to report this on the mobile app. If I understand correctly, direct feedback negatively affects NPS. It's unfortunate when positive feedback negatively affects NPS. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are finding gaps in customer service and satisfaction. Birdeye helps us to keep track of issues and get them solved.

I love that the team is responsive to our needs and our industry and works to help the application meet our needs. The platform helps us automate our reportings and monitor and manage review responsiveness. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Nothing really; from the day we implemented Birdeye, our teams have been using and improving along the way. If we were to suggest one area to improve, that would be the direct integrations with platforms like Yelp and Trip Advisor. Anything to keep us in Birdeye, which is much easier to use and manage. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Previously, we did all of this by hand using FTEs. We are now able to focus on other responsibilities while we are improving the consistency in which we are found.

    "Great product! Wonderful service!" What do you like best about Birdeye? I appreciate how detailed the support team is. They work hard to make sure everything is done correctly and to your likely. I appreciate how innovative the company is. They are open to suggestions on ways to improve their product. We have a lot of clients with a variety of CRMs, while they may not all be listed on their integrations list, they provide solutions on how to still make it work. It a win, win! What do you dislike about Birdeye? Sometimes it can take a while for tickets to be handled. It would be helpful if there was a timeframe given as to when a response should be received. Some of the features are unable to be changed. It would be helpful to be able to change some of the automated formates to better suit different clients needs. For instance, some clients may not want the SMS chat feature but still want to be able to send review requests via SMS. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Each week we are problem-solving which is great! The biggest stuck, which is now a problem solved, was how to send review requests to clients who have CRMs that are not listed on the integrations list.

    Love Birdeye software! Pros: What I like most about the software is the ease of communication with patients on every level is easily managed through one system/ software Cons: I wish Birdeye chat's linked directly with the patients accounts in our dental practice management software. Birdeye has the capability to recognize the patients name, but we end up having to copy and paste any relevant information obtained through birdeye into each patients account. If the conversation waas stored and/or recorded directly into the patients account, it would be incredibly helpful! Overall: I have had a great experience with Birdeye, it is easy to see all patient communcation through the software in one place.

    Highly recommend! Pros: We started using Birdeye 2.5 months ago for our dental practice. In that time, we went from 15 to 80 5-star Google reviews! Cons: No real cons to the software. Excellent product. Overall: What we like just as much as the Google/Facebook reviews is the "Contact Us Directly" option for patients to contact us directly. We have been able to resolve patient issues much quicker than before when patients may have felt uncomfortable approaching us about a problem at check-out.

    "RESULTS, RESULTS, RESULTS" What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye make it easy for the customer/patient to leave the review! Thats why this works. Other companies try, but they figured it out. I have had amazing results in just a year with them. What do you dislike about Birdeye? platform can be a little hard online to navigate through for admins. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? My patient reviews have skyrocketed, and the ONLY thing we have changed is utilizing birdeye instead of another company to contact them for reviews.
