    Birdeye is a great platform to be able to see our patient feedback and make improvements when need be!

    I have been their customer since May 2018. My business was able to hear more from our customers and and the response has been overwhelmingly positive. Their support team helped us to got going quickly and was able to assist us whenever we needed help. Personally it has been one of the smartest decision I made running my dental practice. They have been comprehensive and transparent in their business operation and I have personally recommended Birdeye to my close friends.

    Birdeye is an excellent resource for any business Use Cases and Deployment Scope - We started using Birdeye to aggregate customer reviews from multiple platforms and publish them on our website and Social Media accounts. We have recently included their Virtual Receptionist (VR) and Chat feature which we have integrated onto our website. The VR allows customers to leave a message and the message is converted from speech to text. We can review the audio of the message or view the converted text which is also available to communicate with a customer via SMS. The chat feature allows customers to communicate with us via SMS thru our website Pros - Aggregates customer reviews from multiple platforms and posts the reviews to our website and SM accounts -Provides a Virtual Receptionist to take messages and convert speech to SMS-ready text -Allows SMS texting functionality from our website Cons - Speech to text conversion can be improved -We have made improvement suggestions for the SMS message management Likelihood to Recommend - We have found that they have been a welcome addition to our marketing and communication effort and continue to add functionality that helps us to improve in these efforts Return on Investment - Birdeye has had a very positive impact on our marketing and client communication effort Usability - Always room for improvement in speech to text conversion and message management Support Rating - Very responsive

    Our organization has used Birdeye for more than 5 years now and it has been a game changer for managing our online patient reviews. A full suite of reporting and analysis functionality is there if you want it but for us, after initial setup, it operates without any intervention and your patients/customers with positive reviews are nudged to provide their reviews on the social media platform they are most comfortable with and those who experienced service concerns you can intervene early to hear and respond to their concerns. I've recommended Birdeye to several professional colleagues and they have all been as pleased as we have been.

    BirdEye has proven invaluable to my company (an employee purchase program) in helping to raise our overall customer ratings and satisfaction. As a user, I've found their interface for looking at, staying on top of, and responding to recent customer reviews, as well as reviewing overall analytics and month-by-month performance data extremely helpful and easy to access. I am able to launch customer review campaigns very quickly and I can rely on their customer support team to help me with any issues that might come up. BirdEye is always available when I need them, providing an actual representative to talk with should I have any questions. They are a first-rate service provider!

    Birdeye has assisted me in real estate leads, by pushing my reviews up and gathering them into one location that I can share with social media, clients and leads/prospects. I feel the service is definitely worth my marketing dollars.

    Birdeye is great! Pros: Birdeye is very easy to use and it has a ton of amazing features. I love that I am able to track all of the different reviews we receive. The customer service that this company provides is also out standing. Cons: The only downside to Birdeye is that it doesn't integrate with the Edge, the main software system we use in our business.

    I was having a little trouble with my Birdeye and reached out to the support team. They were very courteous and very helpful. They solved my problem within a few hours and now I'm back up running smoothly. Thank you Birdeye and the awesome team you have.

    Great Software! Pros: This software is very easy and simple to use. It helps us keep in close contact with all of our customers. Cons: I have not had any issues with this software.

    Vet all of your needs and other options thoroughly first Pros: Local listing syncing is very helpful, especially if you want wide-spread visibility across the web without having to manage hundreds of individual logins. Cons: The customer support is one of the worst that we have ever dealt with. They would promise to get back with a solution within a few days and we wouldn't hear from them for months. We were constantly having to re-input our login credentials for several sites, so the syncing was never accurate. Overall: We did not have a good experience with Birdeye and their resolution teams. We would not be interested in returning to try them again.

    Sarah Eshelman-Hendrickson's Fine Jewelry Pros: Being able to text customers saves us lots of time. Cons: I would like to be able to integrate with our POS system and add more features to work along side that. Overall: Great! Set up was simple. Easy to use. Customer service is top notch!

    "Remarkable tool for giving you detail analytics" What do you like best about Birdeye? I am happy and satisfied customer of Birdeye who has equipped me with the basic knowledge of how I can bring modification to my product by reading what my customers think about it. It has helped me to create strong connection with my audience and now I m in apposition of bringing innovation to my platform. It is very user-friendly application and I did not face any trouble in its initiation and it is very smooth in its operation. What do you dislike about Birdeye? It is quite expensive due to which it is not suitable for small organizations. Sometimes while communicating on web page the system gets slow due to which I have to face trouble in handling huge amount of people. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: This tool is highly recommended to whole business sectors. Secondly it will provide you enough of the data that you can easily create more effective business plans and you can also extract the best out of your team by formulating their directions. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? This tool has deeply affected the research and development department of my organization now we create more effective and better plans for the future concern. It provides me detailed analytics like how many customers approached and how much time a particular customers showed interest in my product in this way I am in apposition of creating an authentic lead.

    "Birdeye has done AMAZING wonders for our Resort Condo Clients!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Before Birdeye, my Condo resort client got maybe 3 reviews in 2 years and two of them were 1 star. Why do only the unhappy ones take the time? We knew that really 95% of their customers loved them but we couldn't get them to write reviews on Google or Facebook. Within 48 hours of setting up our Birdeye connection we saw amazing results. Two 5 star reviews and they haven't (knock on wood) stopped coming in. We still do see an occasional 1 star review but we are able in most cases resolve those rather quickly thanks to the way Birdeye has set up their system. I am so glad I kept pushing my client to take on Birdeye. Ain't gonna lie, it tooks some convincing to sign up with a review service. However, they now say Thank you, And it's worth every penny. Birdeye's review process is simple and engaging and captures so many more review requests than the by hand email process we were using. We now have 50 reviews and 4.4 on Google (previously we had 12 reviews and a 3.2). What do you dislike about Birdeye? The setup process scared my client a little. There is a back end connection that has to happen. Or you can set it up where you email Birdeye once a week your client contacts in a CSV file. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? The easy pretty request that comes in via the text or email seems to just hit our customers the right way. I think it's easy usability to reply and leave a review. Our previous way of sending email requests by hand went nowhere.
