The scheduling and change order process was not all that smooth but once the installers were actually installing the new windows it was fine. The overall finish of the product I am happy with.

The quality of the product speaks for itself. We got 3 windows and one sliding door and they look beautiful. The installation team took quite a bit longer than expected and left some debris behind as well as not installing our screen door (only setting it on the track which caused scratching when we tried to close it, which is how we learned it was not installed) but overall we are happy with our purchase and choice in company.

Windows work well. One broke within a year, but they fixed it.
