The. Salesman, installation and service was all done very professionally. I have no problem with the crack glass. Anything can happen. They were very honest and open with me about everything. Thank you so much for everything. I am very happy with the whole process.

I was reluctant to go with Universal Windows after reading several of the reviews. Joshua, the representative reassured me that he would be available to address any issues that may come up. I would recommend that the salesperson has a copy of the contract to review before signing. He my have had one but, it was not offered. Also, I didn’t think to ask to see one.
