If you need windows expect to wait a very,very long time and for repairs wait is even longer! Staff is very good with installation.

Entire process was easy.
I feel like everything with smoothly from initially scheduling our free in-home evaluation to after installation & getting a ripped screen replaced. The encounters with all employees has been top notch, as they have all been professional, efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. I would (and have already) recommend this company for window installation.
the initial contact was very professional. But, when I tried to contact the salesperson I worked with I was told she no longer worked there. The installation was good. The follow-up service was lacking.
