The window unit that you installed looks good and I'm sure is more efficient than what we had, The installation went fine and the installer ( Jordan ) was very personable and professional. One always wonders if the price was right. We received 3 bids, yours was in the middle.

Had some issues with placing the order that was quite disappointing. Install generally good except for some caulking that looks very sloppy.
