Great facility and staff. It’s urgent care… so wait times can be long, bring a book. But everyone from the front desk person to the doctor were courteous and helpful. The doctor I saw actually listened to my issue and took my concerns seriously! They called in my prescription immediately too! Definitely the best urgent care I’ve been to.
Was seen today 9/2/2024 for an injured wrist at the new UH urgent care in Willoughby. The facility was clean and all of the staff were friendly. The care team was professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I didn’t have a long wait and not once did I feel rushed! I received a proper exam and X-rays and left with a diagnosis, treatment plan, and referral. Best urgent care experience I have ever had. I would recommend this urgent care to my friends and family.
I scheduled myself for an X-ray due to a fender bender. I scheduled it for 6pm, filled out all the required paperwork online to beat the waiting/walk in line. Yet, I still waited close to an hour to be seen by the actual doctor, though the place was basically empty. She asked some questions, checked me out , told me I didn’t need a X-ray, then sent me on my way with a prescription. All within a max of 15 minutes. Personally the wait was too long. My experience was pleasantly good under the circumstances. I was acknowledge,and treated well by all staff members. The environment was very clean. There was minimal wait time for my appt . Overall I rate me experience a five star. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone that needs professional care that a urgent care can provide for you. This is the place to go to . Staff were super nice. The doctor that checked me was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel like I learned something. She was absolutely amazing. Probably the best urgent care I've been to.
