Incredible staff from the front desk, to the nurses, to the PA. I was so impressed by how efficient the staff was and the whole process went by super quick. The online scheduling system is a great way to save time. I had to get my throat swabbed and the nurse was so gentle. I ensured that what I have isn’t anything serious. Thank you for everyone’s help and support!
The staff was very friendly. I was very impressed with the nurse practitioner Matthew Dean. He was very professional and very thorough. He took his time explaining my lab results and the referral process. The only issue was the waiting time. I was there for three hours. On the positive side, they offered me a water and a snack. I was pleased because I was so hungry and that tied me over until dinner. Thank you for your generosity.
oh my gosh, i was in excruciating pain when I arrived at urgent care the staff was so helpful and kind and a PA nick and x-ray technician Nikki was such a blessing. They were kind understanding and I had a wonderful experience even though the procedure was painful, but they walked me through it I feel so much better now.
They are fast and as thorough as possible. They don't take cash. I also asked for an X-ray because my cough was over 3 weeks. No imaging was done. Given right combination of meds. Felt better in a week.or so. Thank you
I went to this clinic around 8:30-9am and there wasn’t much of a wait. P. A. Nick was super kind, friendly and thorough. He took the time to really listen, took into consideration prior conditions and not only not advised me on what to do now, but what to look out for and how to proceed whether I get better or worse. He was one of the best doctors I’ve seen in a clinic like this. The entire building was friendly and clean. I did try to visit this clinic once before and it was packed.
