I made an appointment and was taken in right away, but had to wait a long time for physician assistant! He prescribed antibiotic for possible UTI. I was in such severe pain in my lower back, I thought possible kidney stones. I asked if I could have xray , he said xray wouldn’t show kidney stones! I may have to get an xray for severe pain! Other than that friendly staff. I love that an appointment can be made for urgent care!

Very satisfied with my recent visit to this urgent care in Willoughby. Everyone was very kind, efficient and professional especially the Doctor ( sorry I don’t remember his name) and his aide as well. Easy in and out without long waiting. Keep up the great work!

Everyone that served me were really kind. It didn’t take me long to get in the bag to get the service that I needed. The doctor was very clear on what was going on and made sure that if I had any questions that were able to answer my questions.
