Everything was nice it didn’t take to long to get waited on. The staff were nice. I didn’t like the fact that I had to leave my credit card on file. With the state Medicare insurance. I have been out of state to urgent care and Emergency Room and never was asked this. Plus the assistant asked what pharmacy to use and she sent it where she wanted to anyway. And where she sent is out of my way. Thank you

Was a nice clean facility! Everyone was very kind. I was in and out in less than a half hour. They offered me water while in the room and the best thing is my prescription was filled on site! Wonderful

I had a wonderful experience at the Urgent Care in Willoughby. I did make an appointment on line and was immediately attended to when I arrived. Everyone was very efficient, caring, attentive and went over and above. Thank you for the wonderful service

Aundrea and Mandy were very caring and kind. I’ve been going to willoughby urgent care whenever I need medical care. Never had to wait, always seen pretty quickly. If I need an RX I can usually get it filled on the premises. That saves a lot of time.

We pre-made the appt. on line and we're taken right away.There was a bit of a wait for someone to come back after a test was run, but all in all, everyone was kind and attentive. Especially the PA Sidney. She was very patient and kind and not demeaning to my 92 year old mother. It was a good resolve to our problem, and much better than an emergency room visit. Thank you all!
