Intake was quickly done Triage nurse was personable Dr was friendly and quick. Clean!! Bright!! Looked organized and ready.

My needs were addressed and primary concern that brought me to urgi-care managed with good recs (and info for f/u care). NP did not sit during visit. A gap is that no one did a greeting or true engaged eye contact. At front desk EPIC was running slow (I knew about it by comments, facial expressions and body language from person at registration desk)

The nurse that checked vitals and did the throat swab and finger prick for testing was so nice and made my daughter feel very comfortable. She explained everything and was very kind. The doctor was very kind as well. It was a great experience as far as going to the doctor goes!
