The staff was very professional and courteous. However, the Epic system does not have the interface capabilities to look at patients health history. This was a problem wherein the Physician Assistant (PA) had to refer me to ER.

I had an appointment for 10:15 I didn’t get to a room until 11:15 Saw the doctor at 11:35. When you make a appointment you should not have to wait over an hour to be seen

The PA seemed uninterested in dealing with a tick bite. He barely looked at the site and gave no help in clearing out the area of the site. The triage nurse was very nice.
I will never go to this urgent care again. The receptionist was great. Triage was fine. The doctor/nurse practitioner spent maybe 60 seconds with me and said my eyes were fine. I went for pink eye which I have had numerous times. Told me to go to the ER. I just spent $75 on a co pay to go there and didn’t have another $500 to go to the Er. She wouldn’t listen to me when I said I know it’s pink eye I have had it before and I need a note for work. She wouldn’t give me a note and this time told me to go to a specialist.
