My needs were addressed and primary concern that brought me to urgi-care managed with good recs (and info for f/u care). NP did not sit during visit. A gap is that no one did a greeting or true engaged eye contact. At front desk EPIC was running slow (I knew about it by comments, facial expressions and body language from person at registration desk)
