I had a great experience at this location, I was turned away from my personal primary care for being 15 minutes late, with severe back pain.The physician on duty was kind and professional, I was in out with all my needs met within a hour Everyone there was nice and professional.

Pretty quick and up front with test time. Disappointed no waste basket in the exam room, does someone put there used tissues, it’s cold and flu season. And not a fan of air dryers for handwashing

I would like to thank the staff at the UH Willoughby Urgent Care. Starting with the lovely, patient girl at the desk, my care was excellent.The MA Louis was kind, and knowledgeable, and he really took his time with me.He made a point of telling me how long I would wait for my test results. I really appreciated that because I was so sick. My care only got better with PA Mary Wolinski. She took the time to explain her diagnosis to me and I never felt rushed.
