Friendly, much less stressful than going to ED. Staff were prompt, patient and considerate. Great having an xray department with xray staff on site. I had no wait time whatsoever. Appreciate Nick the PA, good bedside manner, good eye contact, gentle demeanor. Liked the intent for ortho follow-up.

Not a long time to be seen. Mandy was very professional. she was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions took x-rays and sent me on my way to the emergency room for further evaluation.

Everything was nice it didn’t take to long to get waited on. The staff were nice. I didn’t like the fact that I had to leave my credit card on file. With the state Medicare insurance. I have been out of state to urgent care and Emergency Room and never was asked this. Plus the assistant asked what pharmacy to use and she sent it where she wanted to anyway. And where she sent is out of my way. Thank you
