The front office staff has been nothing but helpful with various things, especially Hillary. They helped me through a few issues throughout the year and made it seamless.

The university Plaza is a great place! They have great hangout spots, a nice gym, and a cool game room. Their staff is very nice, Mia was so helpful!

Moved in about 4 months ago and I love the property and amenities Cass in the front office is always helpful

I have been a tenant for a few years and it has been great. Maintenance is conveniently accessible and the building always stays clean via housekeeping! Do recommend!

Lovely, friendly staff! Great spaces and vibes. Wonderful tours and free refreshments. All utilities included and fully furnished for a decent rent price and pet friendly. Great for Niu students and close to campus.
