Fairly safe location but you hear screaming and shouting, honking pretty often. laundry machines are on and off, dish washer and toilet seat keeps breaking. Overcharge for rent alottt, was told there would be a pool when I moved in and they just now started remodeling. Computers connected to printers usually don't load or work. This is the worst place to live. If you would like to live somewhere with convenient and affordable laundry services, this is not the place. The machines are often out of order, fail to spin out and drain clothes forcing you to wash them again, there are too few machines for the whole building especially when they break or do not work reliably. In addition, when a washing machine with my items in it was full of water and would not drain, the staff refused to help me or send a maintenance worker to me. I had to open the door... read more

It's obvious that an apartment complex shouldn't be run by a bunch of college kids. There's one person who works here in the office that parks in handicapped parking spots (I've also heard her on the phone in the office complaining about her job) People in the office were told about her parking but they just denied it and have sent out notifications to residents saying they will be towed if they park in those spots. Renter need to be aware that every time you pay rent or other items, they charge you $7 convenience fee. Extremely disappointing. Also falsely advertised that cable is included and the pool has sat dry since the beginning of the school year.

Lighting is not good in parking lot and management was not responsive to support tenants when catalytic converters have been repeatedly stolen.

Was a great place to live, until Capstone acquired last year and brought in new management, now it's horrible. Completely horrible customer service and assistance. Prior to ending my time living with them I inquired about whether I would be charged a re-letting fee due to the fact that I would be ending my lease before my renewal started. I spoke with the manager and two other workers at the location who confirmed that since I was ending my lease before my renewal began, so long as I secured another renter they would waive... read more

They towed towed my car because I forgot to display the pass correctly and did not warn me. I had had to come to school 5 days earlier for a sport and was not allowed to move in, Even though I paid for August. They are just trying to make money off of young people.

Way overpriced for what you get, such as poor internet that has to be reset weekly and constantly needing to put in maintenance request for some problem or another. The office staff is nice when you're in there, but I've seen them make fun of people in the gym area so badly that they had to leave. Also be prepared for unexplained, nonsense charges on your account either after inspections or when you move out.

Office staff is less than helpful, and acts annoyed when you have questions about charges they just randomly throw on your account. Tim in the front office needs an attitude adjustment and clearly doesn't understand he works in customer service. He has no desire to help and is always annoyed when you ask any questions. For as expensive as these apartments are, their customer service could use some improving.
