Been bring my girls here since 2011 Shelby,Shane and Stacey are amazing, We always have had the best caring staff, vet techs and doctors, My sweet Honey would have never made it for 7 years after being dignosed with IMHA if it wasnt for the excellent care she got here. It is more than our clinic it is our family. Thank you to the staff, we appeciate all you do for us.

I came here recently and picked up my dogs written prescription. She has congestive heart failure because of a heart murmur, and UVH take such good care of her. All I have to do to refill her written prescription is send them a text, and they will text me when it's ready to be picked up. Every time I come here, the entire staff is upbeat, friendly, and so fun to talk with! I honestly love coming to the vet because of the people who work here!

I have so much love for these guys, and recommend them to all my friends with pets for good reason. I've been taking my dog here for eight+ years and have no complaints. In that time, we've received care from multiple vets and other staff members, and everyone who works there is genuinely so lovely and professional. My dog is incredibly reactive, and they've not only never given me flack for his behavior, or even mildly hinted at being annoyed, but they've been incredibly accommodating. We've been going here for several years now. We have not changed our opinion. Everything here is excellent and we have no reason not to continue coming. It is absolutely worth the drive from Orem. We started coming here because our vet moved here from another facility. There is good parking, especially given the are it's in. It's got a really nice waiting area, and the front desk is first class.

Even on such short notice they are able to schedual my baby boy in, check him out and inform me on next steps. Dr Witzel is an amazing vet and has always given such great care and attention to all 4 of our fur babies as well as checking up on them after appointments! You couldn't ask for better quality care than this Veteranary hospital!

I've had great care here for my dog for over 5 years. I knew it was pricey, but I didn't mind paying more, because I was getting more. However, something odd is going on with the reception staff lately. I suspect there is a bad apple that is corrupting the bunch. Suddenly, I'm getting misinformation and being treated rudely. Things seem to have really turned around at University Veterinary Hospital and I am compelled to update my previous two-star review. Prompt responses, helpful information, and warm & caring treatment for our new puppy, and helping us get follow-up care for another one of our dogs who had spinal surgery at a local vet ER. I'm so glad that we can rest easy and stick with these guys.

A little on the spendy side but they have always taken care of my fur babies. I've taken my dog here for 9 years and now 2 rescue kittens I foster failed. None of my animals are afraid of the vet. That says something for sure!

This place is on top of it all. Friendly staff- reasonable pricing and comparative to other vet hospitals in the area. They take the time to check in on our pup after every procedure/ visit.
