Front desk staff were kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Vet techs were the same. They were transparent about the pricing, the medication, and the follow up. I will keep coming back!

The staff at University Veterinary Hospital were all amazing. Our cat Emma was sick, we called a vet in our city who said they couldn't see her till August and it's May. My husband called University Veterinary Hospital and explained what was going on and they had us bring her right in. I've seen 2 vets here for my 2 cats checkups, and they have both been absolutely wonderful. They've been very knowledgeable and understanding of my concerns, and transparent on procedures and everything regarding my cats.

My dog, Irie, and I, had a great experience here! Four months ago my other dog was sick and I had the hardest time getting him an appointment anywhere. I finally got him an appointment with a different vet and we had an absolutely terrible experience, no compassion, no patience, no education, it felt like all they cared about was getting paid. We’ve been taking our super senior boy Petey to University for 8 years now. He came to us in pretty bad, neglected shape, and we were told he’d be lucky to spend his last one or two years with us. As I mentioned, that was 8 years ago, partly due to the excellent and consistent care he has received from University.
