Super friendly staff that made my dog and me feel right at home.
perfect, as has been for the last 22 years.....thank you to Dr. McCarron and the Staff who have always taken such great care of my girls with care and great compassion...I am grateful !!!
This is the BEST vet clinic! Dogs love going here because the staff are great with animals, the pets get lots of attention and treats, and the vets are amazingly skilled. I feel that my pets receive the best care possible here. The vets are honest about what the pets need and do their best to provide that. For instance, in the past, I've taken my dogs to vets where they don't even look at their teeth and tell me I need to do a $400+ cleaning with anesthesia (which is risky at my dogs' age). We consistently have an excellent experience here. The technicians are always very friendly towards us and our rambunctious puppy. As soon as we walk in the door we are always greeted/acknowledged with a smile. The vets take their time answering our questions on every visit and the techs or vet always follow-up with a phone call after a procedure to ensure everything is going well and we don't have any other questions. Positive and upbeat about our geriatric dog with lots of fatty tumors is going to live for quite a while. He is feeling better than he has in a long time. Dr. Zelnic took the time to get to know him not just his parents.
Pablo knows the minute I say, "Let's go see Dr. McCarron", he's going to the clinic. He's pretty excited until we get there. Typical, right??
Our dog was nervous at first, but your friendly staff was so great with him. By the end of our visit he didn't want to leave
Dr. Zelnic just gets me. I am a nervous pet mom and I do not like "procedures" done on my dogs. Putting my dogs under creates a ton of stress or me as I have seen the effects it has on humans. She is always quick to respond to those concerns with both of our dogs. Your staff from the front desk to the techs are always kind and courteous. They are quick to get back with test results and any other general question.
I can't even begin to explain how great the care is at University Pet Hospital... We have brought multiple pets here and each time they are greeted with love and care. My puppy just got spayed and everyone told me how awful they feel after and to expect her to be in a lot of pain and very unhappy. This was not my experience at all. She got attention from multiple technicians through the entire process and was treated with such great care.
