Dear University Veterinary Hospital, Thank you for being so amazing! Everyone there makes me feel like my cat is THE BEST CAT they have ever experienced. I realize you are all animal lovers there but it's nice to feel special regardless. Everyone seems to genuinely care about my pet. It's pretty incredible. Also, the staff is very, very knowledgeable. First the bad. Yes, the prices are on the high side. However, everything you might need at a vet's office is right there. They do surgeries and they dispense medications on site. The wait times are variable. At my first visit, we waited a very long time to be seen in the main lobby area. (I don't believe we were offered to wait in a room that time.) Subsequent times, though, it's been only a few minutes' wait and we've been offered to wait in exam rooms both other times. The parking situation is also hit or miss. Th... read more

always pleasant even when very busy, and just friendly and helpful...i've owned dogs for 30 years, and this is the nicest and most professional facility i've been in. superb!

The staff here is always very nice and they are very caring with my dogs. They are higher priced than other vets in the area though. I would have given them 2-3 stars if it were based on bang for your buck but it's important to me that my dogs are treated well so I gave them 4. I will probably not be going back because of the cost. I can get just as great of service at another vet.

Dr. Hughes, Dr. Bybee, and all the staff here are fantastic. I've taken my cat here 3 times and we both felt well taken care of. All the costs are reasonable and the staff are upfront about everything. I am in healthcare and know that it's not easy to make sick people (or animals!) happy but they are caring, honest and smart here. It's easy to park and the clinic is clean and bright. I highly recommend this vet hospital!

There's nothing to dislike. Your reception staff is wonderful - always pleasant & fast with my check-in's. The tech - Connor - that recently helped me is professional, patient with questions, and great handling my dogs. Dr. McIlvenna is awesome. Warm & professional with my pets and always makes time for all of my questions. I'm never rushed and she always has excellent advice for any issues I'm having, trying to manage 3 dogs. Thanks!
