I greatly appreciate Dr. Zelnick's communication with me during Baxter's cleaning/growth removal. She is a treasure and has been so great with my pup. Having had unpleasant feelings surrounding vets in the past, having someone like Dr. Zelnick is truly a breath of fresh air and a joy.
I have lived all over the western United States and even spent four years living in India. When we travel, we always take our Lhasa Apso with us. This may be one of the most comprehensive and wonderful veterinary clinics we have ever been to. The doctors are tremendous, all of them, and I always feel relaxed when talking to them. Keep up the good work.

My visit earlier this week was wonderful. Everyone was so very kind, caring, friendly, and helpful, from the front desk staff who checked me in to the vet techs that helped through the visit. Dr. Kathleen Jermaine is amazing, and I really feel that she truly cares about her furry patients. I so appreciated the thorough explanation she gave when reviewing x-rays with me, and the treatment plan that she put together for my kitty Max. Dr Bybee is awesome. Very articulate and takes the time to really explain treatment options and potential outcomes. Calls often to check in. All around great vet.
Everything is a breeze. Appointment scheduling is quick. They got me in quickly the first time and every appt afterward has been at the best possible time of day for me. Everyone takes special notice of my kitty and makes him feel comfortable and loved. Dr. Bybee makes a special effort to love on my kitty and check up on him between visits. I am super impressed and relieved to find such a close (in proximity), kind, caring, affordable and professional team of people to help me look after my new kitty.

The second we walked into the clinic we knew we were in the right place. Everyone was so knowledgeable and genuinely nice. Hannah went out of her way to make sure KIKI was comfortable. Doctor Taylor was very professional.
