Dr. Howard has been responsive and attentive to all of our concerns about our dog's surgery from consultation to completion. We are so pleased with the service and care our pet received! The one thing to be aware of - they will take your pet away from you for most care/assessments (even tech visits that, in my experience, typically occur in the visitation room). Everyone from the receptionist to the technician to Dr Walton was knowledgeable, polite, and clear. The treatment went according to plan - no surprises. Their follow up to ensure my dog was healing well was also excellent. I've been taking my dog here for 3 1/2 years and UVH has always done a great job; my dog enjoys visiting with the friendly and competent staff.
We've been bringing our puppy here for her regular check ups and visits for the past few years and we've really liked it. I really love the staff here because they're really responsive over email and I really love how that is an option when I need it and they're so flexible and always willing to fit us in, even on short notice. My dog and I love University Vet! The staff is so helpful, kind, and patient. My dog was feeling a lot more anxious than normal and everyone was calm and gentle with her and helped her feel safe. Dr. Bybee takes the time to listen to my concerns, is very thorough with his exams, and does a great job of explaining his recommended course of action and why he's suggesting that treatment for my dog. I always recommend University Vet to my friends!
I really love that Dr. Lynn A. McCarron is Bebe's Doctor. I truly believe that Dr. McCarron cares for Bebe.
I love how welcoming the entire staff is toward myself and my dog. The front staff always remembers my dogs name and give her plenty of treats/attention that makes her a little more at ease. I am very greatful for this as it can be slightly stressful for us both :)
One vet tech to watch out for! The guy squeezed our dog to a point that she peed all over the floor and nearly pooped on him as well! The other staff, super friendly, always greeted with a smile, and our pup gets loving as if she were their own dog!
My experience with University Veterinary and Diagnostic Center has been nothing short of amazing. I transported an 8 week old English Cream Golden Retriever to Salt Lake from Maryland in March after my own personal relocation from Florida in February, and have received a phenomenal level of care and professionalism from Dr. Taylor Howard and the staff at the office. Very clean facility, great customer service from the phone call to schedule appointment to the time I left. I came in from out of town to find a sick pup on my hands and they were able to squeeze me in! Every person I came in contact with was beyond helpful which is an absolute blessing for a ill dog mom.
