RecommendedWould like to say the conversation with the doctor went better than expected.
We have been to other practices where our concerns were brushed off and our cat wasn't treated gently. We like the fact that the staff seems to really care about our aging pet and us and have provided the care that he needs.

They are incredible. The staff not only cares about the animal but the customers. I would recommend Dr Zelnick to anyone! She has been a saint and has been there for my animals through many scary times. She handles them with grace and compassion. Love you guys!
Your staff is very accommodating and pleasant. They always treat my companion animal well and the Doctor always calls with results in a timely manner. I appreciate the care and kindness they show us.
All of the staff from the front desk, technicians, and doctors care about your pet and do all they can to make sure they are comfortable and the needs are met. They are all great at answering questions or re-directing questions to someone to who may have a better answer if necessary. Having a sick pet is extremely stressful, but they did a great job of making sure they could figure out what was wrong through various avenues of diagnostic tests. We love Drs. Bybee and McIlvenna!
From the get go we knew we were at the best vet in town. We trust them and get professional service every visit. Dr. Walton has saved both our pets from some serious issues, and respects our budget and concerns all the while. Everyone always remembers our pets, too, and which one likes treats... The people cookies are also a plus. We are grateful for UVHDC!
