My Great Dane recently got a horrible rash that would not subside. Two vets and $200 later I've finally brought her in to see the wonderful staff at the U of U clinic. They've been so helpful and knowledgeable in diagnosing her problem. I feel so much more comfortable with this issue in their hands. When preparing to welcome home a puppy, University Veterinary Hospital came highly recommended from fellow parents to fur-babies. We've brought Huxley (our Staffordshire Bull Terrier) here from day 1. The staff are so friendly and remember our dog by name. The clinic is on the pricer side, but they go above and beyond to take care of their patients, so for me, the extra price is absolutely worth it.

Knowledgeable vets and techs who explain every aspect of my cat's treatment. They don't jump in and perform every possible test/treatment, but judiciously take things a step at a time, and then plan for the next step (if it becomes necessary). Over-treating is a common problem at some veterinary clinics, leaving one to wonder if it's just a way to inflate their bottom line. I never feel that way at University Vet Hospital.

I love this vet. And I do mean love. If I could invite these people over for dinner to show them my appreciation I would. They are so sweet to my little girls - aka - my dogs (we don't call them dogs in public because it gives them a complex). The techs are always super sweet and always remember me and my girls. When I bring one in, they ask about the other and that makes me feel like they really love my sweet little ladies as much as I do. Happy with the service, people, and facilities. Highly recommend to other dog owners. They seem to really enjoy the animals, and I like the email reminders for my dog's required boosters, vaccines, and checkups.

I love this place! Everyone is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They took great care of my old cat and my dog. Both of my animals came home happy. They're a bit pricey, but it is definitely worth it. Plus their hours are fabulous!

UVH is the best. There are numerous reasons, but I really appreciate how much their staff cares about our pet. When I called to make the appointment the staff was so friendly and talked about how much they love my dog. We love our Vet, Dr. Bybee. In the past we have always had great care, but having the consistency of Bybee as our vet has been the best thing for us, and the care of our pup. Dr. Bybee always follows up with a phone call to ensure we have an update, and no further questions. He has great "petside" manner.
