I love this vet. And I do mean love. If I could invite these people over for dinner to show them my appreciation I would. They are so sweet to my little girls - aka - my dogs (we don't call them dogs in public because it gives them a complex). The techs are always super sweet and always remember me and my girls. When I bring one in, they ask about the other and that makes me feel like they really love my sweet little ladies as much as I do. Happy with the service, people, and facilities. Highly recommend to other dog owners. They seem to really enjoy the animals, and I like the email reminders for my dog's required boosters, vaccines, and checkups.

I love this place! Everyone is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They took great care of my old cat and my dog. Both of my animals came home happy. They're a bit pricey, but it is definitely worth it. Plus their hours are fabulous!

UVH is the best. There are numerous reasons, but I really appreciate how much their staff cares about our pet. When I called to make the appointment the staff was so friendly and talked about how much they love my dog. We love our Vet, Dr. Bybee. In the past we have always had great care, but having the consistency of Bybee as our vet has been the best thing for us, and the care of our pup. Dr. Bybee always follows up with a phone call to ensure we have an update, and no further questions. He has great "petside" manner.

My family has been taking out pets (cats and dogs) to University Vet for 7 years now and I couldn't recommend them more highly. Yes, they are expensive, and obviously not within every pet owners budget, however I truly believe this is the highest quality veterinary care in the state of Utah. My pets have been treated by Dr. McIlvenna, Dr. Walton, and Dr. Bybee and numerous vet techs who each provide caring, compassionate, and thorough treatment. Dear University Veterinary Hospital, Thank you for being so amazing! Everyone there makes me feel like my cat is THE BEST CAT they have ever experienced. I realize you are all animal lovers there but it's nice to feel special regardless. Everyone seems to genuinely care about my pet. It's pretty incredible. Also, the staff is very, very knowledgeable. First the bad. Yes, the prices are on the high side. However, everything you might need at a vet's office is right there. They do surgeries and they dispense medications on site. The wait times are variable. At my first visit, we waited a very long time to be seen in the main lobby area. (I don't believe we were offered to wait in a room that time.) Subsequent times, though, it's been only a few minutes' wait and we've been offered to wait in exam rooms both other times. The parking situation is also hit or miss. Th... read more

Everyone was very friendly and professional. Processed quickly, great service! I highly recommend them - really I can't say enough...if you are on the fence choose them!
