Tried this deli again the day after New Year's Day 2026. This is still my favorite Hot Pastrami sandwich in NYC. Just a terrific well prepared sandwich. I put it over all the other popular Pastrami sandwiches in NYC. I also tried the Chili with beans and I added the onions and it is very good as well. I will be back soon.

Honestly some of the best pastrami samdwich I've ever had, just wish the bread wad toasted a tiny bit more, delicious!

Great little diner. Great atmosphere. Wonderful service. Cheeseburger was very good. Patty melt was excellent. We would definitely eat there again. As is true of everywhere in NYC it was not cheap but average price for here.

Food was quick and came out when each was ready. The staff were nice. Food was decent for the price and was worth it. The seating is only high top. Everything was good, but I just wish there were more seating options, and the food needs a little more seasoning. Id recomend

Its your average deli place, nothing special. They have a subway station right next to the restaurant. They false advertise that its the best deli in new york but overall it has seatings for big parties and individual people too. The food comes fast and the staff are nice. The food overall is pretty good and the fries are fresh. The price is not bad. I would recommend to come here if youre hungry and want something to eat before the subway

We dined here once for breakfast and twice more for lunch. We were a party of 7 and we tried a variety on the menu and were never disappointed. The avocado toast was yummy with the everything bagel spice (I spread it out) the cheeseburger, hot and cold sandwiches, and fries were all great. My latte was also tasty. I appreciate the service they provided each time. We ordered up front, sat ourselves, and the food came pretty quickly. The servers were always friendly. Lastly, I love how spacious this place is. I am visiting New york with a couple of friends and we had decided to come eat here for breakfast. We were under the impression it was a restaurant. It is not but that's perfectly Okay. Food was extremely bad, pastrami was cold and dry. The matza ball soup was spoiled, I told the girl at the counter and she said "what do you want me to do about that". I threw away a full soup and a sandwich that I took two bites out of. I would've rather used the $40 I spent as toilet paper
