the food and customer service was good until the general manager came out screaming to the employees " I am the general manager no one tells me what to do" that was pretty appalling to hear and see while I'm eating with my children. If I was the employee I would not tolerate that

Walked in, stood behind the pastries, waiting to order my pastrami sandwich and a pastry. The heavyset, Dominican lady walks by me, actually says, excuse me so I know she notices my presence, then proceeds to take an order from the European couple that clearly walked in way after me. Here I am just standing by the pastries, twiddling my thumbs, as she struggles to complete the transaction for this European couple. One of the worst sandwiches I've had in a very long time. I ordered a turkey Swiss sandwich to go so I could take it on my flight. When I ended up eating the sandwich about a half hour later, the bread was lightly toasted, but it tasted like it was toasted stale bread. And even though they had some of their cranberry mayonnaise on it, it was a very dry sandwich. There was very little meat on this sandwich and what there was was balled up in the center of the bread. WATCH OUT FOR THE BLACK HEAVY SET WOMAN WITH GLASSES/TOMBOY AT THE COUNTER. While asking a question about where I could retrieve my fountain drink, she replied rather rudely, "you can get it yourself", when I wasn't even clear on where to dispense my own drinks. My family went into this restaurant and was asked to take a menu and come up to the counter and order when we are ready. We didn't think anything of it so we did as we were told. We had to get our own water as well. When other guests came into the restaurant, we noticed that the waiter seated the guests and took their orders and got them water. So did we received a different treatment because we were an Asian family.

This was a good place to stop in if you are looking for a quick lunch. I had the turkey and Swiss, I almost did t get it because it had cranberries on it, but it ended up being delicious! Only complaint was that they did not restrict the bathrooms to only customers and we had an odd experience with a man in the bathroom line. Overall fast and delicious
