I LOVED seeing so many women working in the Service Department!!! The woman who took care of me did just that!!! I appreciated her efforts and hope you know what an OUTSTANDING person she is. I've had a previous guy try to upsell me and I didn't appreciate it(my brother-in-law was the service manager for a Cadillac dealership for over 30 years and I called him and he told me what was going on).
