I appreciate coming in with an appointment and getting out in a timely way while waiting. I do not like the generated telephone response when calling for service. I would prefer simply making the appointment talking with a 'real' person.

I'm glad that the recall was completed. I just wish that the first service agent could have checked to see if the recalled part was in Parts before I made a reservation (I told you what it was for) or when I brought the vehicle in and the second service agent again had a chance to check to see if you had the part in before I left.....and had to come back later that day without the work done, because the recalled part wouldn't be in for several days.
