Ask for Mike Stinnett! I was looking for a very specific vehicle (make, model, engine, and color) When calling other dealerships to ask if they had the vehicle I was looking for they would bait and switch me into the lot only to tell me it wasn’t there. Great Customer Service Went to get my car serviced for an issue. Cesar was very hospitable. He answered my questions in detail and contacted me with updates as he found out. Making a drop off and them getting me back to work was not an issue at all. When it was time to pick up my vehicle Cesar was not there but his manager Jose was there to happily assist me. Great Customer Service Before/During/After Purchase I went in to research and test drive a Avalon Hybrid Limited, Karen was very helpful on the test drive and made sure I understood all of the features on the vehicle. I decided to negotiate for the vehicle and the price that was agreed upon through email was the price I was presented.
