I had a kind service writer that helped me with my oil change. While I was there they recommended a few other items to be done, all via a text message and no pressure at all. I did add the filter to be changed also. What I was looking for is to have my truck serviced without any hassles and that's exactly what I got. Based on my experience I would recommend Vandergriff Toyota's service department.
