Great service from Service Department - Luis Viloria We've brought both our cars to Vandergriff Toyota for service for many years, and have also bought our cars from them. Our experience has been great throughout. We especially love working with Luis in the Service Department. He has done an excellent job of taking care of our cars, and even recommending to us which new car to buy (which was a great recommendation).

Great fast service. I went in for an oil change and to have my tires rotated. My advisor, Debra Ryno was super nice and friendly. She was very professional and was very helpful about giving me some information about a wheel alignment that I wanted to get on my next visit. She said I can just come in when I'm ready and just ask for her and she will get it done. Great employee!
Last visit I made an appointment with Kevin Fitzgerald for car service. My appointment was for 1 PM. My car was serviced for brake fluid flush. The service was completed in 1-1/4 hours. The staff was polite and friendly. I will always take my car there for service since I feel the staff explains the car issues or service needed in a friendly and polite way. I do not feel that I would be taken advantage of either.
Awesome Experience with Sarah Fraire Sarah has been most helpful and understanding with our purchase. We went to other dealerships in the Metroplex area to search for a great deal but went back again to Vandergriff Toyota. Car Buying Experience with Mike Stinett Mike Stinett was so helpful and experienced and made the car buying experience at Vandergriff Toyota relatively painless. I am not a big fan of spending hours at the dealership and Mike went out of his way to make sure we got the car we wanted at the price we wanted and did not have to spend hours haggling. Thank you Mike! I know we won't need need to be back anytime soon due to the Prius' longevity, but I will recommend friends and family to you who are in the market for a new car.
