The service was great. 35,000 checkup. In and out in 2+ hours. Treated like I was a member of their family. I have always had my cars serviced by this dealership. Special shoutout to Faith Jones, my Service Advisor for giving me status updates on my vehicle. This is my first Lexus and after my first service at the Lexus Dealership where I bought my car I will always be serviced at this dealership because of their professionalism.

The service advisor was very helpful. They did a good job. They couldn't get it fixed in one day so they put me in a rental car. Their waiting area is comfortable.
