Scheduling service was easy and friendly. At arrival with a tow truck, I was assigned to Luis Jimenez whom I had the pleasure to meet and help me. I was offered Uber and soon after I was contacted to authorize the battery replacement. Well done and happy to come back.

I'm not even sure of what I paid for this visit. Didn't get the usual paperwork ans I had a coupon for oil change and tire rotation but nowhere did I see tire rotation mentioned on receipt nor did I get the multi point inspection report which I was looking for I have no way of knowing. I also requested my sunroof be checked because I hear a rattle. I was told there is no rattle so why do I hear it on my way home? In 10 years, this is the first time I feel disappointed.
