Most Excellent! This is my second RAV4. So, I have been dealing with Vandergriff for at least 12 years. I have never had a bad service advisor.
A Tip Debbie Longoria was my Assistant Service Manager. She was familiar with why I was there and told me what would be done to my car. She told me that there was coffee and I could have a seat in the waiting area. My only tip to give is that the Service manager check on their clients at least into an hour wait. I know that Monday's are probably high on the busy list. But we are waiting patiently so maybe the company can hire someone to at least see that the clients are comfortable like hospitality.
Luis Viloria MY wife and I took two of our vehicles in for regular maintenance service. Our new service consultant, Luis Viloria, did an excellent job keep us well informed of them process, problems, and price. We were impressed! We've been taking our cars to Toyota for nearly a decade now and because of personnel changes, we needed to select a new service consultant and we are glad we chose Luis!
Awesome and fast service Went in getting told it would be a two hour wait however it was only an hour which was awesome for me. Everything was quick easy and friendly.
Excellent, friendly service--tire rotation Thank you for your quick, friendly service. We have a mesh carrier that does not work in our trunk. The service people ordered the part and will bring it to our house--now that's service!
Excellent job I had an awesome experience when I took my car for periodic service. Debbie was so knowledgeable and knew exactly what she needed to do.
Excellent Service Ryan Parker is my 'go-to' guy in the service department. Recently had a 'check engine' alert which the great technicians corrected very quickly. The result? My Camry SE is now performing like new. Ryan explained the cause of the issue and the easy fix. I am always impressed with the quality of service and courteousness of all the folks in the Service department. Thank you, all! WJohnson
Quality Service I have been getting service done on our Toyota Avalon at Vandergriff for the entire almost eight years that we have lived in the area. We transplanted as an active duty family having no idea where to go for vehicle service. We had the same Service Advisor for most of the time but Nancy moved on about a year ago. simply fair So I have purchase many cars over my lifetime, but never have I been treated as fair as I have at Vandergriff Toyota. I trust the salesman (Prosper) and his judgment. He has never gave me the impression that I just another sale. True enough this is a business, but I believe they go above and beyond to satisfy they customers. Prosper I appreciate your honesty, hardwork, commitment and most of all your professionalism. This is something that must be earned and not brought.
