Excellent Service Appointment I used to drive a Cadillac but decided in the Fall to order a 2018 Camry XSE. I went for my first service appointment this week and was unsure about how Vandergiff handle service appointments. Wow - was I surprised. I waited in line for a few minutes and Luis Viloria came up to my car, took down the information needed and showed me to the Service Waiting Room. Service visit Took my car in for routine maintenance. I did not have an appointment but Kevin got my car right in and kept me informed on everything I needed and did not need this visit. I really appreciated that. I always bring my car here and I bought my car here so I feel confident that I will get the best service here.
Great service This was my 2nd visit to the service dept and boy did they make me feel special. Not only did he check me in quckly, he also took the time to walk me over to where the waiting area was and explained how long it would take to service my vehicle. When my car was ready, he came over and got me, and walked me over to the cashier and explained what was done and fee. Love it.
2018 Toyota Highlander I have purchased and leased 7 cars since I started driving. I have worked with Honda, Subaru and lastly with Toyota. Painless car buying experience My visit to the dealer was because my lease car was about to expire and I was trying to avail of whatever deal they have to offer. Julio Perez was the person who really got in touch of me so I was encouraged to see him that time. I told him my situation if I need to return the car and get another one. 2018 Toyota Camry SE with Tran Phucuong I went here to purchase 2018 Toyota Camry, and I am impressed with the customer service especially with Tran Phucuong who gave me the best deal possible with my car and informed me all the specs and featured and made sure I am comfortable and happy with what I got. I am also impressed with Thai Nguyen customer service, he made sure that I’m knowledgeable with warranties associated with my car and contributed for giving me the best deal. Excellent Customer Service I recently moved to Texas from Maryland. This dealership has performed major work that should have been done by the previous dealer and gotten my Toyota straight. I came from a dealership (Laurel Toyota) to this one with a very poor opinion of Toyota customer service and repair service.
