Awesome Service! Luis Viloria did an excellent job from greeting me upon my arrival to the completion of my service. He pleasantly greeted me, asked me what service I needed and told me the expected time for the service to be completed. After the service was done, he gave me an update. After I paid for the service, he walked me to my vehicle and told me to have a grear evening. I call that service from top to bottom!
Great shopping experience Very friendly sales man , no pressure at all , very different than other dealerships when it comes to demo the car and buying the car with no pressure. The salesman Karl khatib followed up with me before and after I bought the car to see how I like it . Great James Percus, helpful and informative. My van had the tag lights out, James took the time to show me what had to be done to replace them. I will make a point to ask for him time.
Service Maintenance Had a 9AM service appt. and showed up at 8.30AM. My service writer, Debbie Ryno, got me in and out in no time at all. Debbie was very courteous and had the paperwork ready to go by the time I checked out.
Great service I brought my vehicle in for service without an appointment. Mike Martinez checked me in and had my vehicle serviced and back to me within an hour. Mike was very knowledgeable and gave me some insight on upcoming repairs that I may need. I have been having my vehicle serviced here at Vandergriff Toyota for over the past 16 years and would recommend their service department to anyone. Mike keep up the great customer service.
