Get directionsThe waiting is hard enough but then they take people that come in after you. When you finally get in a room you sit in there after vitals are taken and riot waiting some more. I’ve been here over two hours and have yet to be seen by a vet
Business response:
We are very sorry that you have not been happy with your experience this evening, Eileen. We unfortunately operate just like a human hospital so the more critical emergencies need to move to the head of the line. We have had quite a number of critical patients this evening and we are trying to get everyone seen as quickly as possible. We know that your boy Monkey is important to you and when your pet is not feeling well the waiting is the hardest part. We promise we will give Monkey the attention that he needs as soon as we ... read more
personally look at Google reviews. staff is nice but they don't have a heart into this vet just money. as an emergency of course the bill will be high.. but I spent a few grand here within 3 days.. took my cat back found a different vet that had my cat for 6 days and gave me 100% different outlook on things going on while this place was all about money.. my bill was $700 at my other vet.. I will never go here again and I've heard many many of my friends/co workers say the same.. like who gets transferred on the phone to ano... read more

Brought a cat there that is having issues with a pregnancy. And they are pretty much sending it home to die. And suffer.

Beware. If you need emergency vet care for your loved one, look elsewhere. VESH grossly mishandled my dog's healthcare and neglected to treat him while in a critical state, and he is now deceased. My dog was kept waiting for 2.5 hours this morning just to have his vitals taken because they didn't consider his case to be an emergency, based on absolutely nothing other than 30 seconds of asking basic medical history questions in the lobby. At 2:30 am, after 2.5 hours of waiting and multiple pleas to check him out and get him o... read more

We came home from a week long vacation and had family members check in on our two cats while we were gone. Upon arriving home, I saw that the oldest cat couldn't close his mouth all the way, he was drooling and meowing quite a bit more than usual. I brought him to VESH on that Saturday afternoon. They took him in promptly while I waited and they gave him some pain meds to calm him down. I was sent home after 3+ hours of waiting and was told they would need to keep him overnight while they did some tests. Later that evening, ... read more
I don’t understand the one star ratings on here, they are veterinarians not god. They did all they could to save our poor little Charlotte last year. This year they save our cat Max, this place is very professional and caring.

Thank you for your kind words, Wayne, we appreciate your support.
We brought our two dogs in after being quilled by a porcupine. They attended to both dogs and removed quills (one with surgery) that evening. Two weeks later, one dog had a swollen eye. Taken to Tufts where a CT and surgery was done to remove quill in eyelid and one embedded in neck muscle. The dog recovered well. The second dog developed an eye infection and swelling two weeks after the first. Again taken to Tufts where a CT can revealed a quill in the eye. The eye had to be removed. Very sad. The subpar exami... read more
