I feel the... (Verified Renter) I feel the area is pretty safe but some bikes were stolen so a little less so. And my upstairs neighbors tend to make a lot of noise which can be difficult if I weren't such a heavy sleeper.
The price is... (Verified Renter) The price is a bit higher than I was looking for, and the parking situation made me slightly wary (no free assigned parking). The appliances all look new, the rooms look clean and in great shape, the location is fantastic, and the community seems to be healthy.
