Everything was exceptional. Food was phenomenal. The service was perfect. Everything about the experience from start to finish was a true delight. Looking forward to coming back.
This is our 4th visit to Vida, and every experience has been spectacular. From the moment you enter the doors and are greeted by the host to the waiter and all the other staff dropping off food/cleaning up to the food, you are treated with kindness and respect. Wonderful dinner at Vida, our 11 year old went on a foodie adventure and loved the jerk Berkshire pork! Husband and I love the tasting menu with addition of Fois Gras- Yummy! Most excellent wine pairings and would highly recommend visiting our favorite Indy restaurant!
This was truly a dining "experience". The service was impeccable as they took away all silverware after each course and brought fresh and refilled our water glasses when they were still 2/3 full etc. I was worried that my taste buds weren't sophisticated enough to appreciate this level of culinary expertise but I was wrong. Vida has never disappointed me. Tonight as I took myself out on a date to celebrate a new job, it was no exception. I made a reservation for the bar and though it may be unpopular to dine alone on a Saturday night, Logan made me feel like I was at a table on my own. Wonderful drink recommendations esp the port and PB banana panna cotta port recommendation! Food was delicious, all 4 courses - kanpachi, greens, scallops, and panna cotta. I made sure to savor every bite and both the cocktails, so I felt perfectly satiated.
Our favorite restaurant in Indy. The food and service is always amazing. Manager and Som Jared is the best! Our server Thomas was great. We’ll definitely be back!
Incredible food. And I mean INCREDIBLE. Also best-in-town service. Tables a bit on top of one another, so not loud in the traditional sense ... but wasn't a fan of the delue of cheesy lines offered on the blind date to our left, which we couldn't avoid.
The food at Vida was incredible. The flavors and presentation was great. The ricotta donuts melted in my mouth. The service was also impeccable. Never had an empty water glass and napkins were always folded when we stepped away. The only reason we gave 4 stars is due to the portion sizes. I understand they are a tasting menu, but for the price I would’ve hoped to get a little more food. The food is excellent, very creative dishes with some bold and some smooth flavors. Drinks choices are good but very high in price. Service inconsistency between guests and a bit disappointing. They ask for dietary and special occasion info but did nothing with it for our table. We had to ask for the vegetarian menu.
