I can't say enough good things about the doctor (Dan Roe, MD) nurse (John and Holly), and staff (Miriah) at VIK Complete Care in Westlake. They were very competent, concerned, and went the extra mile to ensure that I was well taken care of. It's very reassuring to have such great people in this facility! Thank you for what you do.

Suffered from allergies for a few weeks. Called Vic's on Bee Caves, Austin TX on Sunday Oct 2, around 10 am. Was seen immediately. Very efficient parallel check-in process! 1.) Competent front desk (Mariah?) 2.) Competent nurse (female) 3.) Competent doctor (Cluadia Guzman) Treated and payed cash (amount the price of a nice dinner for two), the cost was 1/2 of what they projected before arriving.The whole process was an hour including driving home.
