The Dr and all the staff were exceptional. We got great service and we are both doing much better with our illness. Communication, facility and wait times were not long. They were all incredibly thorough. Thanks

Suffered from allergies for a few weeks. Called Vic's on Bee Caves, Austin TX on Sunday Oct 2, around 10 am. Was seen immediately. Very efficient parallel check-in process! 1.) Competent front desk (Mariah?) 2.) Competent nurse (female) 3.) Competent doctor (Cluadia Guzman) Treated and payed cash (amount the price of a nice dinner for two), the cost was 1/2 of what they projected before arriving.The whole process was an hour including driving home.
