The best ER experience I ever had.. Miriah is very welcoming and warm and promptly checked me in. Dr. Roe is very personable, thorough, and his diagnosis and treatment were spot on. Could not have asked for a better physician. He called and followed up the next day to ensure I was recovering. Jessie K was compassionate and an excellent nurse- she was able to get the IV in immediately completely pain free, brought me heating packs/ blankets/etc, and checked in on me multiple times and made the experience pleasant despite the ... read more

Once again, the Emergency Room of VIK Complete Care in Westlake gave me the immediate attention I required without sacrificing quality of care. Dr. Roe and his nurse quickly took me into their care, including x-rays, to diagnose and treat my symptoms. I am pleased with my normal internist but there is no way I would every get the immediate care that I do at VIK's Emergency Room. I gladly tell my friends to use this facility if they are in need of immediate care. There aren't enough stars to give them!!
