I originally went to chase as an existing customer, they told me to use their app and wait for their call. After, that meeting I contacted Vince. He helped me through the process efficiently and professionally. He got my paperwork squared away squared away within a few hours of contact and my pre-approval came in a few days later. By the time we were finished, ironically, Chase finally called me to start the process...8 hours after I tried talking to them in person.
