This is our second time working with Vince. Based on how wonderful he was during our last home purchase, there was no question that we would go to him again. We needed to work quickly over a holiday weekend and Vince was once again at the top of his game, always available to us and quickly answering any questions we had. I was referred to Vince by a friend and was very happy with the service I received. Vince was very responsive by phone, text and email. He was even answering my questions when he was on a family vacation. I loved the USA Mortgage app that he shared with me for all the documentation. Vince has been amazing to work with in the purchase of both our homes. He clearly communicates and explains the loan process in a way that makes it easy to understand. He is readily available (even submitting documents for us while he was on vacation) and very knowledgeable about the process! USA Mortgage - Vince Kruse was everything you need to get through the loan process. He was always on top of every step, I felt he had my best interest at heart. Working with Vince Kruse made it all stress free, he was easy to contact when I had questions and was very patient with me. if your looking for someone knowledgeable and professional go with him!
