Hi, I met with [name removed] for our tour of the facility. [name removed] is very nice and very knowledgeable. All of the staff that we saw and spoke with were wonderful. Even one of the residents had us doing puzzles. lol. The facility is very clean, I loved the dining room, and all of the activities they offer. Even a movie theater! I can see me and mom spending time together watching a movie and eating popcorn. I enjoyed the tour and would recommend a tour to anybody interested.

The facility is well kept. The cafeteria, exercise area, recreation room, and rooms make you feel comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I was hesitant to view any facility but [Name Removed] quickly put me at ease. Vista Pointe is beautiful and very welcoming, There are plenty of varied activities for residents to participate in. Resident rooms are spacious and designed for comfort. The menu is varied and has a variety of selections.

I would give it a three only because I had a problem with transportation to her medical appointments Other than that, the place is fine. I would recommend others

I would rate all of those things very high. The staff was first rate and very caring. Activities were mostly good. Mom was in memory care so did not participate in as much as others. The staff was not always available to take her to the concert, etc that were held in the main dining room. They tried to have smaller activities for the memory care people, but it was harder to get them to participate. The place was clean and friendly. I didn't see enough of the food to comment on it. We moved my uncle into Vista Pointe at Mira Loma in Henderson, Nevada. The staff knows his name and greets all the residence with a smile. They are aware of each resident's needs. The large dining room can accommodate all the walkers and motorized chairs, and will also accommodate my uncle's daily food requests. They are all caring professionals. The place is clean and inviting.

Too much turned over with the staffs , the corporates/ upper managements have to look into these problems to prevent low census. In these 3 weeks members of the corporation have been present in different division, especially in the kitchen which has the most complaints. They hired two chefs now, which shows some improvement so far.
