We had a great tour experience with Prestige at Mira Loma. The lady who showed us around did a great job and was super friendly - we even got to eat lunch there. My loved one just felt that the facility was too large for her and that the hallways were too long. It was just not what she was looking for, but seemed like a great place.

I am a Hospice Nurse and have made visits to my patients in Assisted Living facilities thru-out Vegas Valley and have to say that Prestige is a shining example of how wonderful an environment an ALF can be for the elderly. The ambiance makes you feel right at home and the staff makes you feel very welcomed. I have been impressed with the way the staff interacts with the residences and how attentive they are to them. It's a very homey, comfortable environment, which is not fancy or new. The staff is nice. I was dissapointed with the food, since there was a food shortage. It was a lot of challenges during COVID-19 with the food.
I have been a resident here since the end of [date removed]. My reason for choosing Prestige Mira Loma, was for the caring, and friendly staff. [Name Removed] is an excellent asset to the company. I look forward to each week on Mon/Weds/Fri, for her classes. Very beneficial to my health issues. She shows such compassion to each resident and goes out of her way to listen to what your needs might be. I feel grateful, and she's also my friend.

As of June 24, 2022, I will have lived at Mira Loma for 1 year. Each department has been quic kto meet all of my needs with a smile. I would not change anything, as they have good management. The one department, that has improved the most is the dining room, kitchen and food staff, under the mangement of [name removed.] The food and staff are excellent on a daily basis. It is my pleasure to complete this form.

I certainly feel better after spending time with [name removed] in our group sitting. She listens and addresses the problem. I didn't know I was strong as I am at 96 years of age. I started with 2lbs, and am now up to 15. Thanks to my wellness coach [name removed]
